Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso Catalogue Raisonné
In 2001, the Centro de Arte Moderna José de Azeredo Perdigão created a team to develop a project to publish the Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso Catalogue Raisonné, that will be published in 2006, on the occasion of the celebration of the 50 years of the Fundação Caloust Gulbenkian.
This team constructed a systematic inventory with updated photographs of the works of the artist, as well the scientific and technical contents of the research.
Research in the estate of the artist, libraries and nacional and international institutions was developed in the sense of correcting and increasing information regarding the biographical data of the artist. The detailed study of the materials and techniques is also being updated.
There is an existing group of works, by Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso, that is already identified but their location remains yet unknown. We are including the images and information with the expectation to find and contact the owners of such works. The Centro de Arte Moderna would like to thank any information that may contribute to the location of such important works:

It is not clear if the work was sold in Germany, but it could be a possibility.
